Free UK Shipping on orders over £50 is only applicable to mainland UK excluding Highlands and Islands.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and courier for deliveries. Aim to deliver 2-3 working days.

We are unable to ship the outer UK.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

An email containing a link to track your order will be received once your order is dispatched. It is the customers' responsibility to use this to track the progress of their parcel and make themselves available at the time of delivery.  

If a delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to a delivery depot, it is the customers' responsibility to collect the parcel before it is returned to our warehouse.  The tracking link sent will update informing you of your order's location and options that to have regarding re-delivery and/or collection.

Please note that if an order is returned by the courier due to no one being present at the time of delivery and/or a failed collection, you the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

- Customers are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns unless they are faulty.
- All items must be returned new, unused, and in original Love Makes Baby packaging 
- Returns that do not meet our criteria* may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer 
- Please make sure you have proof of postage for your return. 
- Orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 14 days once you have.
- After receiving the returned item, we will be happy to process the refund within 10 working days.

Return Criteria*

- Purchases should be sent back to us within 14 days of your order being delivered. 

- If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us via 

- All faulty or damaged items must be returned to us within 7 days of the returns label being issued. 

- Make sure that damaged goods are not assumed to be defective as a result of wear and tear. If your item has been shipped in a defective condition, with photos/videos of the fault, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if photographic/video proof is not obtained, we are unable to proceed with a claim.
